Key duties include performing maintenance with minimal supervision, assisting across departments, and keeping the shop and molding machines organized. Candidates should be able to participate in an apprenticeship program and provide their own tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties with minimum supervision.
• Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance.
• Assist employees in all departments and facilities in solving maintenance problems.
• Keep shop area and molding machines neat and orderly.
• Willingness to get training to progress in maintenance field.
• Obtain parts in times of emergency.
• Take control of machine when a situation arises that has the potential for personal injury or rapid deterioration of the machine.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
