Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MLS/MT or related science with certification.
• Certification (MLS or categorical) required; NV/CA certification maintenance needed.
• Foreign credential evaluation if educated outside the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing with clinical relevance and complex problem solving.
• Assist with department compliance to accreditation requirements (CLIA ’88, JCAHO, CAP, OSHA).
• May collect, receipt, and process specimens as part of the lab.
