Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• ASCP certification or equivalent required or expected.

Responsibilities

• Collect, label, and process patient samples following procedures.
• Perform clinical chemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, and blood banking tests.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
• Conduct routine quality control to ensure precision of results.
• Maintain detailed records of procedures, test results, and QC data.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret results and communicate findings.
• Stay updated on laboratory technology advancements and training.
