Job summary

Pasadena Villa Smoky Mountain Lodge is seeking a PRN Therapist with weekend availability to provide individual, family and group therapy within our Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs. This role works under supervision of licensed clinicians and supports a client-centered clinical care approach.

Requirements include a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field and active pursuit of licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field, active licensure pursuit (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC)
• Experience with emotionally dysregulated populations preferred
• Valid State Driver's License and CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions within an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization program
• Develop and implement treatment plans; document progress and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to policy guidelines and ethical standards
