Job summary

The position offers full-time or part-time schedules, a paid orientation, and benefits. Must have a high school diploma or GED; some college coursework is preferred, with experience in mental health

Qualifications

• Clear communication and interaction skills; ability to facilitate psycho-education groups.
• Knowledge of emotional and mental health and disease concepts including addiction.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group activities tailored to topic, age, and understanding per Program Coordinator approval.
• Monitor patients during activities and ensure safety and location compliance.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation to manage escalating behaviors safely.
