Job summary

St. Joseph Residence is seeking a Part-Time Evening Shift Resident Assistant for Monarch Meadows Memory Care Assisted Living in New London, WI. The role runs 4:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., with every other weekend and every other holiday, totaling 28 hours per pay period. A CNA is helpful but not required; training is provided.

You will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and engage residents in activities, while ensuring safety and quality care in a faith-based community.

Qualifications

• Part-time evening shift with 28 hours per pay period
• CNA certification helpful but not required; training offered
• Reliability and ability to work alternating weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to memory care residents on the evening shift
• Assist with dining, basic laundry and housekeeping
• Lead and assist with resident engagement activities
• Chart timely and accurate notes in the medical record
• Collaborate with residents, families, coworkers and other healthcare providers
