Job summary

Senior Resource Group is seeking a Memory Care Caregiver (CNA or caregiver experience) to support residents in Memory Care under the Enliven Director. The role supports activities, dining, and daily living tasks with a focus on dignity and safety.

We offer competitive pay ($20.00–$20.50/hour), paid training, and opportunities for growth. Shift: 3pm–11pm, with essential teamwork and adherence to care standards in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• CNA or caregiver experience
• High school diploma or GED
• First Aid / CPR Certification required
• Experience with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, ADP, or other relevant platforms.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and conveys the SRG philosophy of person-centered care and Genuine Hospitality.
• Maintains a professional appearance, manner, and approach while on duty.
• Wears name tag, uniform and adheres to SRG cell phone policy.
• Reports to work on time and as scheduled per community policies and procedures.
• Receives report from the previous shift and reviews Care Staff Assignment and End of Shift reports.
