Job summary

Sunflower Communities is seeking an Evening Caregiver to join Elmore Assisted Living and Memory Care in Minnesota. The role supports residents with ADLs and evening routines, helping maintain independence and dignity while fostering a warm, resident-centered environment.

We offer a competitive $19–$25/hour rate, with evening shift differential and bonus eligibility, and opportunities for CNA advancement within a family-owned organization dedicated to quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, or Caregiver preferred.
• Interest in senior living, Assisted Living, Memory Care or long-term care.
• Willingness to pursue CNA certification with employer support.
• Compassionate, dependable and resident-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, mobility, toileting.
• Support residents during evening routines and activities.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and team members.
• Observe and communicate changes in resident condition and update nursing staff.
