Glen Mills Senior Living - A Senior Living and Memory Care Facility is seeking a dedicated Medication Associate to join our care team. You will prepare, administer, and chart medications for residents, ensuring safety and accuracy in daily treatment plans.

The role supports admissions, discharges and transfers, and requires certification as a Medication Associate with insulin administration credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Medication Associate is required.
• Certification in insulin administration is required.
• Home Health Care or CNA certificate is preferred; CPR/First Aid certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer and chart oral, topical and PRN medications.
• Assist with admission, discharge and transfer procedures; document accurately in MAR and resident records.
