Job summary

Bickford Senior Living in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Medication Technician to support residents with daily medications, following physician orders and the Six Rights of medication administration.

You will use the eMAR system, communicate with clinical leadership, and provide direct resident care on shift. The position offers daily pay and a full benefits package based on employment status.

Qualifications

• Active Medication Technician Certification or 1+ year of senior care experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Accurately follow MAR to administer medications per physician orders.
• Follow Six Rights of medication administration and policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for guidance on resident care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise other team members as needed.
• Demonstrate Bickford Mission in daily shift leadership.
