Job summary

Oakmont of El Dorado Hills, operated by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Medication Technician to supervise and assist in medication administration for residents. You will support personal care, encourage participation in activities, and coordinate with housekeepers and maintenance staff to uphold quality care.

The role requires a minimum of one year in medication assistance at a RCFE if regulated, and 18+ years old with a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• Prepare and administer medications as ordered.
• Ensure accurate care records and confidentiality.
• Interact professionally with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate medication and care records.
