Job summary

Oakmont of El Dorado Hills is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech) for full-time PM shifts. The role requires assisting with medications, providing personal care, and encouraging resident participation in activities. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN may be a plus.
• One year of experience assisting with medications at a RCFE preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Education
