Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking a Health Aide/LMNA for the Lighthouse at Lincoln in Lincoln, RI. The role includes dispensing unit dose medications, documenting accurately, and coordinating with nursing staff to ensure resident well-being.

The position requires completion of required training, English fluency, and the ability to assist with ADLs and activities, with a supportive team and opportunities for tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Ability to use computer for documenting services provided.
• Shall be fluent in the ability to communicate in the English language, both oral and written
• Demonstrates computer literacy and familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Dispense unit dose medications and document entries.
• Order and receive medications per State regulation and policies.
• Assist Residents with ADLs including toileting, dressing, bathing, eating and walking.
• Monitor resident health changes and report to RN promptly.
• Escort residents to meals and activities and assist with mobility as needed.
