Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Certified Medication Aide for the overnight shift in an Assisted Living community in Beaverton, OR. You will be responsible for safely administering prescribed medications, monitoring residents, and supporting daily living activities under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ month of related experience, and state-specific Medication Technician certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ months of experience in senior care or related field preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification may be required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with MAR/TAR and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide personal care and nursing support, including ADLs, hygiene, grooming, and meal assistance.
• Document activities in the daily log and communicate concerns to supervisors.
• Ensure safe Storage and handling of medications and maintain medication carts.
• Assist with daily living activities and participate in routine care planning and training.
