Job summary

LCB Senior Living at The Lighthouse at Lincoln in Lincoln, RI is hiring CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) for full-time and part-time shifts. The role focuses on personal care, safety, and emotional support per each resident's service plan.

Shifts include 3pm–11pm and other weekend options, with benefits starting from day one. Responsibilities include assisting with medications, daily living activities, cognitive and social engagement, and documenting care in the system while maintaining

Qualifications

• Must have completed CNA course or equivalent training per state regulations.
• CPR and First Aid training as mandated by state requirements.
• Experience providing direct care to seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and therapeutic activities per service plan.
• Assist residents with medications according to state regulations and document accordingly.
• Support residents with daily living activities to promote independence.
• Engage residents in group and individual activities for cognitive stimulation.
• Monitor changes in resident needs and report to RN promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe units and assist with transfers and mobility as needed.
• Participate in ongoing in-service training and meet state requirements.
