Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and treatments.
• Document medication passes and changes in records.
• Notify supervisor if medications are not administered as directed.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medication and care records per policy and regulations.
• Ensure safety and HIPAA compliance in all tasks.
