Job summary

The Shores at Clear Lake is seeking a dependable Medication Technician for a full-time 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm) to administer medications and provide compassionate resident care in a welcoming, family-like environment.

You will document MARs, assist with daily living activities, and help manage wellness scheduling under the supervision of the Wellness Director. Benefits include PTO, daily pay, insurance, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Medication administration to residents per MAR/physician orders.
• Must hold state Medication Aide certification.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers or assists with medication administration per MAR and physician orders.
• Documents medications administered accurately on MAR and checks before shift end.
• Provides daily living support and supervises wellness scheduling.
• Maintains medication cart security and performs narcotics counts.
• Observes residents and reports changes to Wellness Director.
• Responds to emergencies promptly and follows safety procedures.
