Job summary

The Lakeside at Amelia Island, an upscale assisted living community, is looking to hire a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medication Technician (Med Tech) to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

We offer full-time and part-time hours (7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm) with shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package. You will assist residents, monitor health, and support the care team in a warm, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT/Med Tech) certification.
• Empathetic and resident-focused approach with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications, treatments, and daily wellness needs.
• Monitor residents and communicate updates to the care team.
• Provide compassionate support while building relationships with residents.
• Help lead and support caregivers during shifts.
• Create a calm, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and families.
