Spring Arbor of Greenville is an assisted living community in Greenville, NC, seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech. The role provides resident care services, assists with self-administration of medications, and supports daily activities under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year experience with senior adults preferred.
• May be a Licensed or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/NA) depending on state requirements; in good standing with the state agency.
• Must possess current Medication Training certification.
• Pass a background screening per policy.
• CPR and first aid certification preferred or as required by state.
• Experience with computerized resident documentation systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with medications as allowed under State guidelines.
• Provide resident care services including assistance with activities of daily living.
• Maintain daily communications with Resident Services associates for continuity of care.
• Participate in resident activities and lead activities as needed.
• Meet customer service standards with resident satisfaction as a priority.
• Other duties as assigned per full job description.
