Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Medication Partner for an evening shift in Mentor, Ohio. This part-time position pays $22 to $26.75 per hour and runs from 7:00pm to 11:00pm on a rotating schedule.

The role focuses on medication administration, maintaining carts and records, and assisting residents with daily living activities. Candidates must meet state certification, be at least 18, and pass health and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Certified per state guidelines and active.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills for coworker interactions.
• Able to read/write/understand/communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Must be able to stand/walk/bend/kneel/stoop.
• Must lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check required.
• Health screening within last 6 months; TB test current.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and accurate recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
