Stock the medication cart, document administration per facility procedures, and coordinate refills with medical staff. Ideal candidates have experience in healthcare, strong ethics, and a commitment to resident safety.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in healthcare setting required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oral, inhalation and topical medications to residents.
• Observe patients for drug reactions and report any problems to the medical provider.
• Stock the medication cart.
• Record medication administration according to Facility procedure. Request refills from MD.
• Perform all work related tasks in an ethical, legal, caring and professional manner
• Accept responsibility and accountability for your own performance according to state laws and regulations.
