• Observes residents and documents changes in their condition.
• Upholds all health and safety standards.
• Responds to emergency signals to identify residents' needs.
• Reports concerns about residents to supervisor or appropriate parties.
• Ensures equipment is routinely inspected and cleaned.
• Takes and records vital signs with RN delegation.
