Spring Creek Village in Spring, TX is hiring full-time Resident Medication Aides to provide compassionate care for seniors and maintain a homelike environment.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting treatments, and coordinating with RN staff to ensure safety and HIPAA compliance. Weekend and holiday availability is required; strong communication supports resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months of resident care experience preferred.
• Delegation by RN for medication administration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving, good judgment, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' responses and infection-control policies.
• Maintain residents' records of medication distribution and activities.
• Count controlled substances with RMAs.
• Provide direct resident care and respond to emergencies.
• Promote teamwork and attend trainings.
