US Pediatric Partners is seeking a Medical Office Specialist to be the first point of contact for families. You will check in/out, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and update patient accounts, working closely with providers and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Ideal candidates will have prior medical office experience, EMR proficiency, and strong computer skills, plus the ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior medical office experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification and patient accounts preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer applications and EMR systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk interactions.
• Verify insurance and update patient accounts.
• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Maintain reception and lobby area.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to resolve concerns.
• Process medical records and HIPAA compliance.
