Job summary

Pima Medical Institute is seeking a part-time Medical Office / Front Office Instructor for their Las Vegas campus to teach Shared First Sequence modules across MA, HCAC, and MBC programs. This on-site role covers evening classes and requires a healthcare background and instructional ability.

Responsibilities include implementing daily lesson plans, planning objectives, delivering lectures, evaluating student progress, tracking attendance, advising students, arranging guest speakers, and ensuring

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Healthcare Administration program recognized by USDE/CHEA.
Three years of occupational experience in Healthcare Administration.
Or four years of job-related training and experience for non-graduates.
Preferred clinical background as MA/CNA/clinician.
Strong communication and computer skills with Office suite.

Responsibilities

Implement and evaluate daily lesson plans for students.
Plan instruction to meet learning objectives based on curriculum.
Prepare lectures and demonstrations in core healthcare admin and clinical skills.
Evaluate student performance and adjust learning plans as needed.
Maintain accurate student attendance records.
Advise, mentor, and support students through the sequence curriculum.
Coordinate guest speakers, field trips, and clinic visits.
Monitor classroom and lab safety and biohazard protocols.
