Pima Medical Institute in Las Vegas seeks a part-time Shared First Sequence Instructor to lead evening classes in Medical Assistant, HCAC, and MBC programs. The role involves guiding entry-level students through foundational modules and supervising administrative workflows on-site.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare administration expertise or clinical experience (MA, CNA) and strong communication and office software skills. Evening schedule offers flexible, campus-based teaching opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Healthcare Administration program recognized by USDE or CHEA and three (3) years of occupational (practical) experience in Healthcare Administration.
• OR a minimum of four (4) years of job-related training and experience for instructors who are not graduates of an accredited Healthcare Administration program.
• Preferred Clinical Background: Hands-on experience as MA, CNA, or clinical care provider is highly desirable and preferred.

Responsabilités

• Instruction & Curriculum Execution: Implement and evaluate daily lesson plans and module materials.
• Student Progress & Academic Administration: Evaluate student performance and track attendance.
• Enrichment & Classroom Safety: Arrange guest speakers, field trips, and ensure safety and biohazard protocols.
