Job summary

Pima Medical Institute in Seattle is seeking a Medical Assistant Instructor to join our faculty on a convenient part-time evening schedule (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM). In this role, you will lead classroom lectures, facilitate hands‑on clinical lab demonstrations, and mentor future healthcare professionals as they build the core competencies needed for career success.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program with 3 years of full-time MA experience, or equivalent training.
• Current CMA/RMA certification or national registration.
• Active Washington MA-C credential or license as required by state law.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and supervise hands-on clinical labs following curriculum standards.
• Plan instruction to achieve defined learning outcomes for students.
• Lead classroom and lab activities with safety and OSHA compliance.
• Evaluate coursework, provide feedback, and maintain records.
