Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to perform complex laboratory tests on blood, body fluids, cells, and tissues in our Scottsdale facility. The role includes ensuring accuracy, managing specimen preparation, and reporting results to support diagnosis and treatment.

Qualifications

• Associates in chemical, physical or biological science or medical laboratory or equivalent education and training.
• Medical Laboratory Technician certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex laboratory tests on blood, body fluids, cells and tissues for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease.
• Ensures testing is performed accurately and results reported within turnaround times.
• Maintains specimen integrity and handles instrument calibrations, quality control and troubleshooting.
