They will maintain lab equipment, follow quality controls, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide critical diagnostic information. The position requires an Associate Degree in Laboratory Science or equivalent military training, with 0–2 years

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of laboratory testing principles, procedures, and QC standards.
• Proficient in operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining lab equipment.
• Able to analyze quality control data and patient test results.
• Strong communication and teamwork to collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderate and high-complexity laboratory tests with accuracy and timely reporting.
• Adheres to quality control protocols, analyzes data, and resolves out-of-range results.
• Operates and maintains instruments, conducts preventive maintenance, and reports issues to supervisors.
• Collects, processes, and documents chain-of-custody urine drug screens as required.
• Ensures compliance with PPE and safety regulations in a safe lab environment.
• Assists with phlebotomy duties and collaborates with team to complete tasks.
• Maintains accurate records and data in compliance with regulatory standards.
