Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASCP certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• One year of clinical laboratory/medical and office experience preferred.
• Two years of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes specimen accessioning, preparation, processing, and delivery.
• Performs clerical tasks and specimen accessioning per testing protocols.
• Maintains equipment, quality control, and preventive maintenance.
• Performs waived laboratory testing and documents reports and QC.
• Adapts communication style to diverse clients and resolves issues.
