MedSpeed is hiring a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Indianapolis, IN. Pay is $16.00 per hour, with Monday–Friday 1:00pm - 9:00pm shifts, for on-demand work. The role focuses on safely delivering medical supplies and specimens using a company vehicle and handling scanners.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19+ years old with an active driver’s license for 3+ years.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Familiarity with technology and scanners.
• Ability to follow procedures closely.
• Ability to route efficiently between locations.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Clean driving record and license.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, records, pharmaceuticals, and related items in a company vehicle.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transport cycle.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload items and ensure vehicle is organized and clean.
• Demonstrate safe driving and conduct pre/post-trip inspections.
• Adapt to route changes and varying client needs.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients to support operations.
