Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. seeks experienced Medical Assistants to become instructors for evening classes at the Port Huron campus. The position involves teaching the standardized Ross curriculum, reviewing lesson plans, and preparing for instruction in a supportive, student-centered environment.

Typical schedule is 2 nights per week (Mon-Thu 5:30–10 PM) with year-round or PRN evening offerings. Benefits include paid time off, health, dental and vision insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Instructors must meet graduation from a recognized program in the field and hold or obtain required credentials.
• Minimum of three years of occupational experience in the field they teach (within past seven years).
• Ability to communicate effectively in classroom and individual settings.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students using the Ross curriculum and review lesson plans.
• Prepare for class, grade and electronically record assignments.
• Actively promote student retention and support externship activities as applicable.
• Perform related instructional duties as required.
