Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. seeks an experienced Medical Assistant to serve as a part-time instructor in Portage, MI. Morning classes 8:30–1:00, evening 5:30–10:00. Campus-based; no remote work.

You will teach Medical Assisting with up to 24 students, deliver lectures, and may serve as Primary or Secondary Instructor, teaching assistant, or substitute. Requires 3+ years in medical-assistant field and a national certification; teaching interest preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the medical‑assistant field and formal training from an accredited institution.
• Must be able to obtain a national certification as medical assistant.
• Interest in teaching or prior teaching experience.
• Flexibility and a passion to learn and grow.

Job Overview

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. seeks experienced Medical Assistants to serve as fully trained instructors for year‑round scheduled classes. Morning classes run Monday–Friday 8:30–1:00, and evening classes run Monday–Thursday 5:30–10:00. The position is campus based at Portage, MI, and does not qualify for remote work.

• Remain objective and treat all students equally.
• Pay close attention to detail and commit to quality.
• Adhere to Ross Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics.
• Prior teaching or formal tutoring experience using a developed curriculum is preferred.
