Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor degree in Medical Technology, Medical Science, General or related field.
• Certification as MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or equivalent on hire preferred.
• Minimum 1 year laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accuracy in patient, QA, proficiency, and competency testing.
• Documents QA investigations and trends.
• Maintains instrumentation and analyzes lab data.
• Performs hand-offs and adheres to department procedures and Wellstar standards.
