Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a part-time associate for the Evening Shift to safely operate equipment used to move packages and heavyweight freight. You will assist with pallet buildup/breakdown and liaise with the ULD repair vendor as needed, while performing other duties as assigned.

The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, work in a noisy environment, and maintain proper safety and communication standards on site.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs from ground to chest level
• Ability to move packages of various weights using equipment
• Ability to walk and stand for designated hours
• Ability to communicate effectively in a noisy environment

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently for movement of packages and heavy freight
• Assist in buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight
• Coordinate with ULD repair vendor as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
