Job summary

FedEx in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a warehouse associate to operate equipment safely for moving packages and freight. You will assist with pallet build/breakdown and liaise with ULD repair vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs from ground to chest level.
• Able to walk and stand for designated hours.
• Able to bend and squat for designated hours.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders as required.
• Must communicate in a noisy operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment for movement of packages/documents/heavyweight freight.
• Assists in buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Acts as liaison between FedEx and ULD repair vendor when required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
