Job summary

QProducts and Services, part of the Lanco Group of Companies, is seeking a Material Handler for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) to support production, shipping, and inventory by receiving, organizing, and delivering materials to the correct departments on time.

Responsibilities include moving materials to workstations, safe forklift operation, basic inventory entries, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and clear communication with team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in production and inspections.
• Forklift operation skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory and stock rotation, with ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Color recognition across the full visible spectrum.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, organize, and deliver materials to workstations, departments, and storage areas.
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts or other approved equipment.
• Enter basic inventory movements and order picking into the computer.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow safety procedures and waste-management regulations.
• Support safety programs and strive for zero incidents.
• Communicate clearly with team members about material movement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
