Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed Massage Therapist with a valid license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a practicing massage therapist.
• Instructor certification preferred; we will fund the 30‑hr course if not certified.
• Prior teaching or training experience in massage therapy or allied health education.
• Strong knowledge of massage therapy principles and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum.
• Provide theoretical and practical instruction in massage techniques, anatomy, physiology, and client assessment.
• Model proper techniques, safety practices, and ethics in massage therapy.
• Create an inclusive learning environment that fosters engagement and growth.
• Supervise hands‑on practice and clinical sessions.
• Assess student progress through evaluations and examinations; provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and address individual learning needs of students.
• Stay current with industry trends to keep curriculum relevant.
• Maintain a clean, safe classroom and laboratory environment.
• Mentor students and contribute to curriculum development.
