Job summary

Requires Accredited Radiologic Technology program completion, ARRT Mammography and Radiography certifications, and BLS. Excellent communication with physicians, patients and staff is essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program completion.
• ARRT Mammography and Radiography certifications required.
• BLS certification required; safety and infection control awareness.

Responsibilities

• Obtain complete clinical history and assess contraindications.
• Ensure correct patient identification and proper marker use.
• Review images for clinically acceptable results and release patients.
• Maintain equipment and comply with infection control and PPE policies.
• Coordinate with physicians and other technologists as needed.
