Job summary

Purdue University’s College of Science in Indianapolis seeks up to four Student Proctors to support in-person examinations across several departments, notably Mathematics. Proctors will independently start, monitor, and conclude exams and report to the Senior Operations Specialist and the Instructional Support Specialist.

Candidates must be Purdue students at Indianapolis, maintain Good Academic Standing with at least a 2.50 GPA, and be available from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on at least two weekdays;

Qualifications

• Must be a Purdue student based at the Indianapolis location
• Maintain Good Academic Standing and at least a 2.50 Cumulative GPA as of date of application.
• Must be available from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at least two weekdays during the semester.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the timely start of examinations and ensure proper check-in procedures.
• Monitor in-person examinations in accordance with Purdue standards of academic integrity.
• Scan exams and scantron forms when necessary and be on-call for evening examinations.
