Job summary

Sugarloaf Hotel is seeking an Evening Shift Maintenance Technician to ensure guest comfort, monitor facilities, and perform a range of maintenance tasks within the resort. This role typically works from 2:30-10:30 pm and offers a benefits-eligible position with paid time off.

The ideal candidate will have maintenance capabilities, be able to work independently, and be available nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience is preferred, but training is available to the right fit.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and guest comfort is preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; training available.

Responsibilities

• Walk through building to ensure guest comfort and safety.
• Monitor hotel hot tub and common areas.
• Complete work orders from light carpentry to plumbing and painting.
• Conduct monthly facility checks and routine maintenance.
• Assist in carpentry projects and other tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
