Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation's Sugarloaf Hotel is seeking an evening shift Maintenance Technician to ensure guest comfort, monitor the building, and perform all maintenance tasks during the 2:30-10:30 pm shift. This role features year‑round employment with 9–11 months of operation and hourly pay between $18 and $19.50, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits including PTO.

Qualifications

• Be available nights, weekends, holidays, and possibly days if needed.
• Have varied maintenance capabilities and able to work independently.
• Capable of exerting considerable physical effort.
• Be professional and cordial at all times.
• Experience is preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Take care of guest comfort.
• Walk through building to ensure that all is as it should be.
• Watch over hotel hot tub.
• Complete work orders (ranging from light carpentry to plumbing to painting, etc.).
• Conduct monthly checks.
• Assist in and complete carpentry projects in and around hotel.
• Complete any other tasks or project work as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
