Job summary

Koozie Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to translate company objectives into actionable maintenance tasks. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs on equipment and facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and assisting with equipment upgrades. Training on first shift is provided; overtime and weekend rotation may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year bindery or print equipment experience.
• Willing to train on 1st shift for initial months.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment and facilities.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Design or modify equipment, provide quotes and drawings.
• Maintain data on labor, inventory usage, and repair procedures.
• Operate power equipment as required for maintenance.
• Assist with machine setup and startup.
• Keep tools and parts organized and safe.
