Qualifications

• Be a high school graduate.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in healthcare and/or hospital maintenance/Building maintenance.
• Resume must show 5+ years and references.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and tasks as scheduled.
• Assist with repairs, refurbishing projects, and furniture/equipment moving.
• Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills, as requested.
• Complete work requests accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure maintenance supplies have been replenished in work areas as necessary.
• Ensure facility and equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
• Report equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to your supervisor as soon as possible.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and properly stored at the end of the shift.
