Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain production equipment and facility systems. The role requires strong electromechanical aptitude, fabrication skills, and the ability to work independently on a wide range of maintenance activities.

Typical shift is 2pm–12:30am Monday through Thursday, with some overtime on Fridays. Compensation is $26 per hour with benefits and overtime eligibility as applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Technical degree or industrial maintenance certification.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Welding and fabrication experience required.
• PLC and automation troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore production safely and efficiently.
• Install, modify, and improve machinery, tooling, and facility systems.
• Document maintenance work orders, repairs, and parts usage.
• Support TPM and reliability initiatives.
• Follow safety procedures including LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE.
