Nashville Residence Inn by Atrium Hospitality in Nashville, TN is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Associate to perform routine preventive maintenance, guest room care, and to document work orders. You will troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues, maintain pool systems, repair hotel equipment, and assist with landscaping and groundskeeping.

Minimum six months of general maintenance experience; ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally; HVAC, electrical, or plumbing

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.

Hotel : Nashville Residence Inn 1801 Hayes Street Nashville, TN 37203 Full time Compensation Range : $20.00 - $22.50 Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role.
