Qualifications

• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with fabrication equipment (press brakes, lasers, punches).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on fabrication equipment (press brakes, lasers, punches, weld cells, saws, paint line).
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance per schedules.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems and basic automation components.
• Align, adjust, and calibrate machines for optimal performance and quality.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and relocations.
• Maintain facility systems (compressed air, HVAC, lighting, plumbing).
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs.
