Qualifications

• Experience in repairing electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• HVAC certification required; CPO certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning, organizing, staffing and directing maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping on maintenance issues.
• Ensure preventative maintenance procedures are followed in units and building systems.
• Assist other maintenance technicians as needed.
