Job summary

Qualifications

• Machine operator experience preferred.
• Capable of following written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable standing 8-10 hours and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate blade manufacturing equipment, including start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor high temperature furnaces, tempering furnaces, and related heat-treat equipment.
• Safely operate overhead crane system and mobile equipment.
• Perform routine cleaning, preventive maintenance, minor changeovers, and tooling adjustments.
• Conduct quality checks using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges.
