Responsibilities

• Operate and shape: use machines to cut, punch, bend, weld, or shape materials into components.
• Prepare and set up: set up machines and verify specifications using drawings or tablets.
• Lift and position materials with cranes or forklifts as needed.
• Ensure quality: perform inspections using measuring tools to meet exact specs.
• Contribute to improvement: participate in continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Maintain and organize: track material inventory and support housekeeping and 5-S standards.
